SPECIALIZED EXERCISE PROGRAMS
Our Specialized Exercise Programs are designed to address the challenges of specific diseases and disabilities. These programs are based on therapeutic exercises used in traditional physical and occupational therapy. The exercises that have been modified to be done in a supportive community based setting. These programs are an excellent way to maintain and build upon the gains you have achieved while participating in medically based therapy. The exercises have been shown to improve function in addition to endurance, strength, flexibility and discomfort. With all of our programs we are able to adapt and modify to meet your individual needs.
