STAR has developed different membership levels within each Membership Category to fit individual needs.
Although our primary mission is to serve the needs of those with disabilities and challenges to physical activity, we recognize that family members and caregivers need good physical activity to be healthy. STAR Center invites family members to participate in inclusive programs, adaptive and para/wheelchair sports, and to use our Adaptive Aerobic and Strengthening Center while their family member is involved in classes. They are also welcome to participate in specialized exercise programs as space allows
With membership you will have access to a personal STAR MEMBER PORTAL Thru this portal you will be able to sign up for programs and classes.

Outside funding and Financial Assistance
All Categories are eligible for financial assistance or outside funding sources. Many individuals are eligible for social service programs and health care programs that can fund membership to the STAR Center. We have contractural relationships with Children’s Long Term Care Support waiver (CLTS), Iris, and Family Care organizations. We can also connect you with foundations that offer individual grants. If eligible STAR can bill your funding source directly.
STAR offers financial assistance for those who have a disability and do not qualify for other funding sources. We utilize a sliding scale based on household income.
Our online system takes cards and EBT payments.
It does not allow processing of cash payments.

SINGLE CLASS MEMBERSHIP
For individuals who would like to participate in a single class each month.
BENEFITS
- May participate in one class or sport per 8 WEEK session
- No access to the Adaptive Aerobic and Strengthening Center
- No access to Member only game nights or Social nights
- Welcome Gifts: hat and window decal with first session registration
- 1 Free “Bring a Friend” Pass
All memberships can be cancelled with written notice.
CARE TAKER REGISTRATION
If a family member, caregiver or other individual is serving as a direct one on one mentor to allow a principle member to participant, they do not need to be a Full or Single Class member. They should register as a “Caregiver / Mentor”. They will not be able to use Adaptive Aerobic and Strengthening Center or attend other programs independently unless they are paying member.
- STAR waives must be signed to assist a member during a class or program

DAY PASS
A day pass allows a guest of a member to participate in STAR Center activities for a day.
$10/day
