
Level up: Power Lifting, Conditioning and Sled Hockey Dry Land Training
Ready to push yourself?
This program is designed for those who are in intermediate to advanced condition. Focused on those who are ready to push themselves to the next level. This class will train for heavier lifts and more challenging aerobic conditioning.
These workouts will prepare you for potential optional competitions in para-weightlifting or adaptive lifting competitions. Or you may simply be looking for more intense workout and focused on achieving your personal best maximal effort. This is also and excellent program for a solid off season strength and conditioning program for para and adaptive sports.
Great sled hockey conditioning
Gain strength in your shot and speed on the ice. This program is a great dry land prep for sled hockey. The Concept 2 Ski Erg exercises the same muscles used in pushing in sled hockey.
This program is run by a masters degree Certified Inclusive Strength and conditioning coach who has experience at High School and Collegiate level.

- Individuals may ambulate independently, use assistive devices or wheelchairs

- If participants need assistance with following directions, a support staff must attend and assist the individual at the program.
