Adaptive Soccer
What is Adaptive Soccer?
Soccer is a challenge for your feet. Most sports we use our hands to play. But with soccer we challenge ourselves to pass the ball and shoot the ball with our feet. It requires concentration to do things with our feet because we don’t use them in other sports. Don’t worry, you can do it! It just takes practice and a coach and volunteers to teach you the skills you need.
Drills to build new skills
Each week we work on new skills thru fun drills. We work on our individual ball skills and our teamworks skills of passing. Of course we always play a game after we are all warmed up. If you haven’t played soccer we will teach you the game. No matter what your challenge we will adjust to allow you to be able to join in the fun.
Grab your friends
Grab you friends and join us! Or come and make new friends. At STAR everyone is welcomed. Indoors or outdoors we are always here to make sure everyone is in the game.
