Adaptive Kickball

Who doesn't like kickball?

What is Adaptive Kickball?

Similar to baseball with no hard baseballs, no bats, no gloves. Just a rubber playground ball and a baseball diamond.  Rather than having the ball pitched and struck by a bat, the ball is “rolled” to home plate.   The kicker is behind home plate and kicks the ball,  then “runs” the bases just like in baseball.  If you can not run we will modify the game so you too can enjoy kickball.

Easier to learn, but just as fun

Most players find that kicking is easier that connecting with a pitched ball.  So everyone sees success. While having fun playing you will be learning the rule of baseball, softball and whiffle ball.  We also make sure you get a good workout while you are having fun. We will be working on teamwork skills while we improve our balance, strength and endurance.
