Adaptive Flag Football

Football without the contact

What is Adaptive Flag  Football?

Do you love watching football? Have you want to play football, but don’t want the contact of traditional football?  Come join us for Flag football.  All the fun without the bruises.  Players are “tackled” by the opponent removing your flag.  This is a no contact co-ed game designed for with all.

Learn the skills

Never played flag football? We have you covered. Our coaches will have you throwing, catching, running and kicking the ball in no time. There are extra volunteers who will make sure you get the practice you need as you learn new skills.  Our coaches will make sure you know rules of the game, and guide you as you start to play.  We give the support that you need to enjoy playing. Adaptations can be made to allow all everyone the ability to play.

A good workout and a ton of fun

Each day we do a good group warm up. Then the coaches that will not only teach you the skills of the game, but they will also challenge your coordination, balance and agility.  We end each session with a rousing game of flag football. Don’t worry if there is a skill that you find challenging or haven’t quite mastered.  In football each player has a different role to play on the team and there is a role for you.  What a fun way to get a moving for a healthier life.
