Who can participate:

Drums Alive- Drummercise is open to individuals of all abilities 18+.  Modifications will be made for individuals as necessary. Individuals do not need music experience to participate in this program.

This program will count towards the 3 specialized exercise class limit.

Financial assistance is available. No one will be denied participation due to financial concerns.

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• Comfortable clothing
• Shoes suitable for activity

The STAR Center provides all equipment necessary for each program.
