Assistance Available
- During ‘Assistance Available’ hours, staff are on-site and accessible for questions or guidance if needed, but they are not present in the workout area for one-on-one assistance.
Independent Workout
- Independent workout time is unsupervised, and no training assistance is available during these hours in the gym.
Strength Coach Available
- During ‘Strength Coach Available’ hours, a certified coach is present in the workout area and available for one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback.
Monday
Open gym hours: 7:00am-6:45pm
- Assistance Available: 7:00-8:30am, 12:00-1:00pm
- Independent Workout: 8:30am – 12:00pm, 1:00-2:00pm
- Strength Coach Available: 2:30-6:45pm
Tuesday
Open gym hours: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Assistance Available: 9:00-10:00am, 12:00-1:00pm
- Independent Workout: 10:00am-12:00pm, 1:00-2:00pm
- Strength Coach Available: 2:30-6:00pm
Wednesday
Open gym hours: 7:00am-6:00pm
- Assistance Available: 7:00-8:30am, 12:00-1:00pm
- Independent Workout: 8:30am – 12:00pm, 1:00-2:00pm, 2:30-6:00pm
- Strength Coach Available: N/A
Thursday
Open gym hours: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Assistance Available: 9:00-10:00am, 12:00-1:00pm
- Independent Workout: 10:00am-12:00pm, 1:00-2:00pm
- Strength Coach Available: 2:15-3:00pm

Open gym hours: 10:00am-1:00pm
