What is Functional Strength?

Functional Strength is a group exercise program for adults 50+ to learn about functional movements to enhance overall strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. The movements utilized are functional- movements that you do each day! This program can help enhance your activities of daily living and overall health and wellbeing.

Who can participate in Functional Strength?

Any adult age 50+ are invited to participate in Functional Strength. Adaptations and modifications will be available for those who need it.
