What can you expect from Chair One Fitness?
Each class will begin with a warm up to get our bodies moving! All movements will be done from the chair. After the warm up, the facilitator will lead participants into the main exercise/dance portion.
The facilitator will provide examples of the movements that will be incorporated throughout the song; there will be at least one upper body exercise, lower body exercise, and core exercise in each song. After the main exercise portion, participants will be lead through a cool down- includes stretching and slow movements focusing on breathing.
All movements will be coordinated with a song- pre choreographed by facilitator to provide a fun and interactive exercise class! Have a song request? Bring it in, we would love to incorporate it into the exercise class.
