When will the STAR Center offer Bingocize?

UW-La Crosse Therapeutic Recreation students facilitated the first Bingocize program during our 2023 Winter 2 session. Please contact us if you are interested in participating in a future class.

What is Bingocize?

Falls are the #1 reason older adults end up in the emergency room. UWL Therapeutic Recreation students lead this health promotion Bingocize® class that teaches adults how to reduce their risk of falling by increasing strength, balance, and range of motion. Classes combine a fun game of Bingo with simple seated and standing exercises and falls prevention education to keep adults safely on their feet. 

Who can participate in Bingocize?

Adults 50 years old and older. All ability levels are welcome.
