With all of our programs we are able to adapt to your specific physical abilities. Our community based assistive exercise programs provide individual assistance if needed—just let us know you need a mentor.
  • STAR Center currently offers specialized exercise programs for those who have Parkinson’s Disease, Early Stage Dementia, and the Aging Population. STAR will be adding more programs in the coming year. If you have a specific request for a program please let us know.
