Can’t Stop Me- Rock Steady Boxing

This program will follow the Drums Alive curriculum and be taught by a certified instructor. Elements of this class include drumming, boomwhackers, rhythm work, and vocalization.

This program will follow Drums Alive curriculum and will include cardio drumming, boomwhackers, rhythm work, and voice activation in order to challenge the cognitive and vocal symptoms associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
