Whether you are trying something new or participating in a lifelong hobby, boxing is sure to be tons of fun. This program will follow Rock Steady Boxing curriculum and will assist individuals with PD in developing strength, agility, balance, and decrease rigidity and tone.

Keep Moving PD Exercise is an exercise class designed specifically to address the common symptoms associated with Parkinon’s Disease, including rigidity, tone, balance, posture, and gait. This program will include PWR! Moves and other PD specific exercises.
No music experience is necessary. This program will follow Drums Alive curriculum and will include cardio drumming, boomwhackers, rhythm work, and voice activation in order to challenge the cognitive and vocal symptoms associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
This program will be focused on fundamental sport skills and gross motor development. Participants in Fit Kids may have difficulty with motor coordination, learning disabilities, and/or mild cognitive impairment.
