New this fall- STAR is jumping into the pickleball craze! Learning this sport will allow you to play alongside your family and friends.
New this fall- STAR will be starting a wheelchair football program. Come and try out this fast paced, competitive, and fun sport using our new PER4MAX football chairs.
This program will be focused on fundamental sport skills and gross motor development. Participants in Fit Kids may have difficulty with motor coordination, learning disabilities, and/or mild cognitive impairment. Youth may participate in both Fit Kids 1 and Fit Kids 2.
Whether you are trying something new or participating in a lifelong hobby, boxing is sure to be tons of fun. This program will follow Rock Steady Boxing curriculum and will assist individuals with PD in developing strength, agility, balance, and decrease rigidity and tone.
Adaptive and Para Music will follow curriculum from Drums Alive and will include rhythm work, boomwhackers, and cardio drumming. No music experience is necessary.

Keep Moving PD Exercise is an exercise class designed specifically to address the common symptoms associated with Parkinson’s Disease, including rigidity, tone, balance, posture, and gait. This program will include PWR! Moves and other PD specific exercises.
The Coulee Region Frost Sled Hockey team is back for another season! This program is for those with physical disabilities or balance issues that prevent them from playing stand up hockey.
