This program is designed for those who have been recently diagnosed and for those with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms. Let's get moving together!
Who can participate: Anyone, youth and adult, who has a mobility challenge. This program is co-ed. This program is designed for individuals with more progressive Parkinson's symptoms. Exercises will be completed seated or assisted standing. Let's get moving together!
This program will include Drums Alive, boomwhackers, and vocal training. Individuals at every stage of Parkinson's are encouraged to participate. Let's get moving together!
