Adaptive and Para Music will follow curriculum from Drums Alive and will include rhythm work, boomwhackers, and cardio drumming. No music experience is necessary.
Send away the end of summer blues and join us in playing soccer. We will start the season outside but will move indoors when needed.
This program will be focused on fundamental sport skills and gross motor development. Participants in Fit Kids may have difficulty with motor coordination, learning disabilities, and/or mild cognitive impairment. Youth may participate in both Fit Kids 1 and Fit Kids 2.
