Sled Hockey practice begins October 5th. 

October Practice Information:

Saturdays from 9:00- 10:00 am at OMNI Center

Tuesdays from 6:30- 7:30 pm at OMNI Center

Starting in November- Practice Information:

Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 am at Green Island

Mondays from 6:15-7:15 pm at Green Island

Who can participate?

Anyone, youth and adult, who has a mobility challenge. This program is co-ed.

The STAR Center makes it easy to try a new sport. We supply all protective equipment, sleds, sticks, and great coaches. Enjoy a great workout, friends, and tons of fun. Come join our Sled Hockey family.
