What is NeuroFit: Neurological Conditions?
This program is designed for individuals with neurological conditions. Individuals of all abilities and ages are welcome to participate. Participants in this group exercise program will focus on fundamental fitness techniques and interventions to combat neurological conditions.

Who can participate in NeuroFit: Neurological Conditions?
Any adult with a neurological disease or condition is invited to participate in NeuroFit. Adaptations and modifications will be available for those who need it.
Eligibility and Criteria:
- All ages and abilities are welcome.
- Designed for individuals with neurological conditions
- Individuals in this program must be able to participate independently with direction from the lead facilitator.
- If individuals need 1:1 assistance, a mentor or care partner must attend and assist the individual at the program.
- If you need assistance finding support, please contact STAR. We may have 1:1 mentors available.
- Participants will be held to the STAR Center Code of Conduct.
