Individuals with Parkinson’s Disease looking to improve their tone\, rigidity\, and overall function and slow disease progression. The keep moving\, lower intensity exercise program is specifically for those with more progressive symptoms. Individuals who use assistive devices or use wheelchairs will find this an appropriate class. Most of our exercises will be preformed while seated\, or standing with assistive devices. \nScholarships are available.
