DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 3rd Annual Parkinson’s Walk and Awareness Event on Saturday\, May 10th from 10:00-2:00 pm at the Myrick Park Shelter- sponsored by Overhead Door of the 7 Rivers Region. \nThe STAR Center will be putting on this event to raise awareness for Parkinson’s Disease in our community. Donations will support STAR Center Parkinson’s Disease Exercise programs\, local education\, and support programs in the community. Donations will also go toward the Michael J. Fox Foundation and future research. \nRegistration can be done online or day of. The walk is free but donations are encouraged. There is also an optional $20 t-shirt fee.
