DESCRIPTION:What is Chair One Fitness?\nChair One Fitness is a fun chair-based dance fitness program which incorporates activities of daily living into cool dance moves. The program can be done from a traditional chair\, or wheelchair.  You are sure to get a good work out and have while having fun! Visit this link to learn more. \nWho can participate in Chair One Fitness?\nIndividuals of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in chair one fitness. \nWhat to bring:\n\nWater bottle\nSweat towel\nComfortable clothing\nShoes suitable for activity\nCare partners are welcome to attend and participate with you\, at no extra cost\n\nThe STAR Center provides all equipment necessary for each program. \nCOVID-19 disclaimer\nThe STAR Association follows CDC\, State and County Health Department recommendations for COVID Mitigation. We recommend that all who are eligible to get a vaccine to do so.
