DESCRIPTION:Who can participate:\nStudents in 8th grade+ and adults 18+\, who have a cognitive challenge that makes participation in traditional programming difficult. This program is co-ed. \n\nSpina bifida\nSpinal cord injury\nCerebral palsy\nCongenital limb issues\nAmputations\nLeg length discrepancy\nShort stature\nMuscular dystrophy\nParkinson’s disease\nMultiple sclerosis\nMotor dyspraxia\nLimited range of motion\nBalance issues\nPost stroke\nBlind and visual impairment\nDown syndrome\nAutism spectrum\nLearning disabilities\nCognitive impairments\nLow muscle tone\nOther congenital syndromes\n\nIndividuals may ambulate independently\, or use assistive devices\, or wheelchairs. \nScholarships are available. DESCRIPTION:Who can participate:\nThis program is for individuals age 60+ who currently exercise less than 60 minutes per week and have fallen less than twice within the past year. Individuals in this program do not use walkers indoors and are without a diagnosed cognitive disorder.  This program is co-ed \nScholarships are available. DESCRIPTION:Who can participate:\nAll individuals with Parkinson’s Disease regardless of age and disease progression. Modifications will be made for individuals as necessary. Individuals with Parkinson’s Disease looking to improve their tone\, rigidity\, and overall function. Individuals do not need boxing experience to participate in this program. \nScholarships are available.
