SUMMARY:Chair One Fitness
DESCRIPTION:Chair One Fitness and Drummercise will share program fees. Chair one fitness will occur on Tuesdays and Drummercise on Thursdays.\nWho can participate:\nChair One Fitness is open to individuals of all ages and abilities.  Modifications will be made for individuals as necessary. Individuals do not need music experience to participate in this program. \nScholarships are available. No one will be denied participation due to financial concerns. \nVeterans with a disability are able to participate in STAR programs for free. \nWhat to bring:\n\nWater bottle\nSweat towel\nComfortable clothing\nShoes suitable for activity\nCare partners are welcome to attend and participate with you\, at no extra cost\n\nThe STAR Center provides all equipment necessary for each program. \nCOVID-19 disclaimer\nThe STAR Association follows CDC\, State and County Health Department recommendations for COVID Mitigation. We recommend that all who are eligible to get a vaccine to do so.
