Individuals may ambulate independently\, or use assistive devices\, or wheelchairs. \nScholarships are available. No one will be denied participation due to financial concerns. \nVeterans with a disability are able to participate in STAR programs for free. \nWhat to bring:\n\nWater bottlee\nComfortable clothes shoes for movement\nSun protection\nSun screen and bug spray\nParents\, respite care providers\, and care partners are welcome to attend\n\n1-1 mentors\nPlease contact the STAR Center if you will need a 1-1 mentor.
